As a child of the 80's and a huge Nintendo fan to boot all I have to say is WAY TO GO NINTENDO! I just have to ask one question . . . Where the hell is my Wii and why won't someone donate me one? ;)

Ok the post your blog entries t twitter plugin didn't work but the twitter sidebar widget did work, frustrating yes? But wait!, I found a plugin that does both (Thanks Kristin)! This plugin was written by Alex King and so far it works perfectly! :D I use several of his plugins so check them out!

Just thought I would share some photos with you all so that you can see my new car. As I posted earlier its a 2000 Catallac Catera and its a HUGE upgrade an really fun to drive. TO my Springfield friends you can have a test drive when I'm in town. At any rate its late so I'm going to head to bed.

I attempted to update my server's copy of PHP this evening (while at work shh ;)) but all did not go as I hoped. It borked Apache pretty hardcore but thankfully I was able to roll my server image back to the state right before my tinkering started. MT's (dv) is pretty sweet in that regard, I guess I will nevr bash Plesk again lol. I am working with MT suppor staff to figure out what I messed up so stay tuned. ;)

there goes my lovely 17 day uptime. :/

I noticed several posts last night stating that Wordpress 2.1.1 had an exploit in ir as a cracker had somehow gained access to on of the Wordpress servers and had modified two files so that he or she could remotely execute PHP code on any Wordpress powered site. The cracker apparently only modified the Wordpress 2.1.1 download files and as far as the Development team can tell has not gained access to code repository.

I'm really glad this intrusion was caught and really speaks for the openness of the Open Source Community. I have upgraded my site an my brother's site to version 2.1.2 so that my new server stays safe. If you haven't upgraded th 2.1.2 I really suggest that you do so quickly as we do not know exactly when the code was modified so you could be at risk!
